Update on DPC onboarding

Designing a new onboarding experience for production data.

The DPC team is actively working on a new DPC Portal. The Portal automates previously manual steps to get credentials to access production claims data. Thanks to our research volunteers whose input helped shape this secure, streamlined experience.
